make netscape respect cache limits?

Has anyone else had the problem of making netscape respect
the cache size you give it in
Edit|Preferences|Advanced|Cache ?

Mine is set there at 5MB, but I just checked it, and 88 MB
of crap was sitting there. My disk is nearly full anyway,
so this sometimes causes serious problems ...
