Keyboard/monitor/mouse switches

Hi Bill:
This has been brought up before, possibly the most recent time by me.
The response I received, which appears true, is when you want to reboot
your system, make sure the KVM is pointing to that machine. BIOS and the
kernel apparently need to see a complete circuit at the
start. Afterwards, you should be able to switch among machines at will.
