WFW Client can't find SAMBA server

Derek,
Yes, the Win95 machine mounts Samba shares OK, and if I use a
DOS boot floppy with the M$
Client 3.0 software on it, I can access Samba OK from the Dell
machine, too.
It seems like a WFW problem, but setting "lm announce = true"
didn't change anything. I also put in a "announce as = WfW"
line, again with no change.
Here's the global section of my smb.conf file: (I used Samba to
get it to the "Bill" machine while preparing this email).

Yeah, but can the win95 machine mount stuff off the samba? I
seem to
remember, ever so vaguely, there being something about a bug
involving the
case of share names on Win3.X systems.
