backup to CDR?

Does anyone know of any good backup program for backup up to multiple
CDR's?  Given that recordable CD's are cheaper than tapes (DDS), and
overall more reliable, it seems a sensible way to go, but I need
something that can deal with several GB of (compressed) data.
