Scrolling in xterm

First, you can position the scrollbar on the right by setting the
rightScrollBar resource or executing xterm with the -rightbar option.
Normally, you use the middle button to scroll an xterm
xterm version 3.3.3.1b(88b) works perfectly under KDE. Under GNOME, I
had to use the middle button, which is what I normally do under CDE.
