The announcement I saw said they were buying the system software
division & the professional services division. The first probably
includes the original Unix source code (sold by ATT to Novell, who
sold it to SCO). That also should include (can't verify yet) SCO's
Nonstop clustering (not Sequent's).
The major one (unless Caldera's doing something with the SCO code) is
the professional services division - skilled people with contacts in
industry, who are known.
