He's talking about the just-released WordPerfect Office SUITE
(which includes Quattro Pro and Corel Presentations; there's also
a deluxe edition that includes Paradox), not just the word
processor. US list prices are $109 for the standard version, and
$159 for the deluxe. Street prices may vary, but it's not going
to sell for $20.
As for those "server" editions, some of them also include secure
server software, which makes them worth the expense for many
users. There isn't any free SSL-enabled software that I know of
that's legally available to US customers - not until the RSA
software patent expires later this year.
