Mediaone/Multiple Machines

I have 2 machines each with 2 NICS, and neither NIC is the same.
I have 2 NE2000 PCI clones on my PII. One is a Linksys, the other a 
Realtech. The other machine currently has a 3Com and a Dec Tulip. 
I recently replaced an ISA card with the 3Com, which was on my 
daughter's old computer. The issue on PC architecture is usually with IRQs.
