To get IP addresses, you'd need to talk to the BCS IP Assigned Numbers
Authority, aka Jabr. As it happens, I have a bunch of addresses set aside
specifically for the Cafe, and another bank of addresses for guest use.
So we'll have addresses to accomodate up to 64 new machines, which should
be more than enough.
