HD Problem: Kernel reports bad sector/inode

Hello All,

The trusty (?) hard drive on my Linux Web server (of less than 6
months old) appears to have suffered a hit. The system is still
running but there are a lot of processes waiting for disk access.
(Status="D" on the ps -ax report).

Here is the output from /var/adm/messages:

Now what do I do (short of buying a new drive and re-installing everything)?
Can I "edit" the inode or somehow tell the disk controller to ignore the bad
sector/block?  Help!!
